Working with Ray White, Belle Property and the developer, we were tasked with the naming, branding and marketing of a remarkable collection of 57 one, two and three bedroom apartments in Caringbah, located in Sydney’s highly sought-after Shire area. After developing a decisively coastal, relaxed (but professional) palette of complementary colours, we built a campaign around the location’s eclectic community atmosphere.
We commissioned some of our best photographers and CGI teams to produce work that would complement our unique branding. A large format brochure was met with great response, and the display suite featured a wall-sized, backlit photo of an apartment view which was stunning.
Sometimes a product presents itself with an obvious, predictable selling point, such as a coastal location. Even then, we still want to put a unique spin on it. We know that nearby developments will rely on predictable qualities to sell their product, and we’re always proud to be the one that’s a little different.
It was all about coastal, clean layouts and complementary colours for this set of luxury homes in Caringbah.
