As the urban epicentre for the Greater West, Penrith is now the third largest economy in Australia, worth $7.24 billion. Our brief was to paint the picture of an attractive property investment — an innovative new apartment development in a thriving community with a strong economic future.

We positioned High Street Mews as the archetypal Western Sydney home: modern, architecturally unique, conveniently connected and community-oriented in both substance and style.

Underpinned by the theme of ‘the new West’, High Street Mews was designed with the aesthetic of a high-end magazine, with a tessellated brand motif that conveys community and connectivity.
