When Sydney-based developer Pheonix announced plans to develop the first waterfront apartments in Blakehurst in over 20 years, we immediately knew the project was going to be something special. Poised high above the Georges River, with views that can never be built out and no neighbouring buildings on any side, The Upper Deck reflects the position, prestige and nautically-inspired architecture of these unique luxury apartments. Supported by the eye-catching tagline ‘Look Out’ and extensive outdoor signage around the luxurious waterfront display suite, our brand and marketing campaign included online advertising, website, storyboarding a promotional video, plus a gold-leaf, white-foiled brochure printed on premium uncoated stock.
Not just pretty pictures — we wrote (and designed) a double-page advertorial for placement in key local real estate magazines, generating an enormous response even before public release.
